When ever you work for someone, especially this particular company Dforce, dont care about how they feel because they dont give a damn on you, all they care is the OLDER or CLOSER ones to boss.
They jus wun appreciate.
Wu Zheng Guang and the boss Daniel.
I work for Dforce and said they will try to give me my cheque asap latest a month.
You know what?
It has been near 2 months, I even got my IT show's pay under Suzuki and yet I haven receive my pay cheque from Dforce.
First, when I wanted to go down to collect my pay, last minute, I was told that my cheque was not ready.
Til the next week when I went down personally to D force company, wanted to collected my pay and yet the boss is not there.
This fucking pay thing has been dragging for long and zheng guang said he will pass to me to my convenience.
Next few weeks, I smsed and zheng guang he either said he will contact me again or not answer me in either ways.
Today, I messaged Zheng guang, I said I gave enough time to deliver pay to me and by wednesday if I haven receive I gonna make police report.
Guess what he reply?
"My company has enough money to pay you.. You can come down anytime to collect... Im busy with my sch therefore never collect your pay... Pls dun insult company"

Isnt it ridiculous?
First, I din say HIS COMPANY has no money to pay me.
I JUS WAN MY CHEQUE!
Secondly, I did go down for collection but the boss isnt there and he said he will pass it to me at my convenience.
Thirdly, if he is busy, what am I?
I got to work
I got school daily from 7am - 6pm
I got Japanese class.
I got driving test to take
I got my bike license to continue.
I got to handle my court case
I got Examinatons to focus on.
I got Infected dieases to fight on.
WHO ISNT BUSY?
Fourthly, I did not insult HIS COMPANY, unable to distribute cheque to worker, who is insulting who?

And Yes, I called the Boss Daniel.
The first thing he said to me was
"You this person.."
Apparantly, Zheng guang has told him about it and he is siding him.
Daniel keep emphasizing on some points that I have to point out.
- Zheng guang is sick, this is the reason for not answering to my calls and smses.
-I waited for you til 7plus, other company 7.30pm all close already.
-You didnt call me.
Can you believe, these words are from a boss?
I can answer to all.
-So what if one is sick? does it means his fingers are chopped off? He's blind to see the messages?
Or he slept continously for a week?
Jus simply faced it, come on your worker are not responsible and you're covering up for them?
-I wasnt told that BOSS DANIEL is waiting for me and why is him even waiting when I didnt inform I am going down and when I went down, he isnt there?
-The previous time when I called, he said, bu yao you shi mei shi ta gei wo, wo hen mang and previous cheques, I always contact through zheng guang for time o collection too, out of a sudden, he is trying to say I brought it upon myself because I din call him?

Its the first time I actually show my temper, people like these deserve no more respect from me.
When I actually thought this company is such a nice place to be, I gave my tears my energy my time to it, ever since they first neglect me and again and again, I already gave up on this company.
And when I declare the identities of peoples and company, I mean I will cut off all relation with them.
Whatever alright, I jus wan my cheque, I am fucking in need of cash, so what its just a few hundred, thats my hard work salary.
Daniel hence said he will get Zheng guang to pass me my cheque tomorrow at HOUGANG.
We shall see it anymore delays are to be made or is there any calculation in amount distributed.
